homes or buildings.
The Critz family has been in the waterproofing business since
the 1940’s. I grew up working with my father and brothers on
weekends and in the summers and have been working in the industry my entire
life. I worked for Conley Group for 12 years as a building consultant and
gathered data on the total building envelope system for Kelloggs facilities
throughout the world, which provided me with a vast knowledge of all types of
wall investigations regarding water leaks.
After 12 years with Conley Group, I
continued my career working with multiples large waterproofing companies in the
Dallas area".

University of Texas Dallas –
Student Living & Learning Buildings, Infrastructure Building, Arts & Technology – Construction inspection and testing
University of Texas Arlington - College Park Residence Halls – Quality assurance
inspections and infiltration testing.
Federal Reserve Bank, Dallas, TX – Provided Project Representation coverage on over
110,000 square feet of roof garden and interior space courtyard, exterior wall/window
weatherproofing and total roof replacement.
Neiman Marcus Catalog Center, Las Colinas, TX – Project Representative on partial
roof replacement project at 800,000 square foot catalog product distribution center with zero
interruption to high volume facility operations.
Union Station, Dallas, TX – conducted field investigation activities as part of historical
wall restoration project supporting design architect by confirming site conditions, qualifying
wall – related defects and identifying necessary corrective actions. Project valued at over $1
million in construction.
Bluffview Towers, Dallas, TX – Exterior wall and parking garage project to correct
water infiltration issues on two mid-rise office buildings. He conducted design development
tasks to confirm site system conditions related to punched windows, masonry and general
sealants.
Dallas Fort Worth Airport – Exterior waterproofing of terminals. I provided
quality assurance inspections to document contractor work process and conformance to
design intent. Worked within security requirements of highly secure aviation facility providing
daily reports and general coordination between contractor and owner.
Trammell Crow Center, Dallas, TX – Construction Technician/Supervision for
weatherproofing restoration on high-rise office tower. Work included replacement of existing
sealant joints to restore waterproofing integrity of high profile building.
Dallas Convention Center, Dallas, TX – Responsible for installation of multi-level
curtain wall installation including erection and application of related sealants for the million
square feet plus addition to the facility.
City Plaza Tower, Dallas, TX– Project was scoped for restoration of exterior curtain
wall and related sealants on this forty plus story high rise office building. I was responsible
for remedial restoration construction.
